DescriptionSince the inception of Microsoft Teams in the workplace, it has become widely used in all working
environments, including discharge exercises that were conducted virtually with nearly all participants working remotely. Hilcorp Alaska integrated the Incident Command System structure into MS Teams and developed a platform that contains the ICS forms and communications which is maintained by IMT members during an exercise or response. The use of MS Teams as the organization tool was tested by Hilcorp during several exercises starting in 2020.
