Matt Alloy is a civilian ecotoxicologist with the United States Coast Guard's Great Lakes Oil Spill Center of Expertise. Dr. Alloy comes to the CG GLCOE from an Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education fellowship with the US EPA’s oil spill science program under Dr. Robyn Conmy and Dr. Mace Barron (ret.).
