Wendy Buffett has been writing Geographic Response Plans for the Washington State Department of Ecology since 2014. Prior to joining Ecology, she updated hazard mitigation plans for the Tulalip Tribe, the City of Everett, and the City of Redmond. She has a Masters in Urban Planning (Environmental Planning) from the University of Washington in Seattle and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Industrial Design) from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
