Patrick Lambert is a chemist with more than thirty years of experience in chemical and oil spill research and development (R&D). At Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) his specialties include environmental emergencies, enforcement, and contaminated site remediation. R&D efforts focused on health and safety programs, the impact of spills in the environment, on-site sampling and analysis of hazardous materials and the fate and behaviour of spilled oil on shorelines.
