Dr. Maria Hartley is the global technical lead for Chevron’s Emergency Management organization and has been with the company for 15 years. Dr. Hartley also serves as the coordinator of Chevron’s Emergency Response Teams, the co-lead of Chevron’s Environmental Response Team, and is the chair of the IPIECA Marine Spill Group. After receiving her doctorate degree in ecology from Rice University, she has been teaching Environmental Management as an Adjunct Assistant Professor for the last 14 years.
