Jim Elliott is COO of the Teichman Group of Companies, responsible for managing worldwide marine salvage and emergency response operations. With three decades of leadership experience in maritime operations, he has served as a senior Coast Guard Officer, Incident Commander, and Salvage Master on hundreds of salvage and oil spill response operations. Mr. Elliott holds a B.S. Environment Management, Master of Environmental Policy, MA National Security and Strategic Studies, and an MBA.
