I am a PhD researcher, legal advisor, writer and public speaker with around 15 years of professional and academic experience, 10 of them in the oil and gas sector. Currently, I am finishing my PhD on the regulation to protect the marine environment and prevent major accidents from offshore oil and gas operations, through a comparative analysis in the US, the UK and Colombia.

My topics of expertise include offshore oil and gas regulation, the energy transition, climate change and sustainability.
