ifer Horsman is a GIS specialist, UAS pilot, and geologist at Research Planning, Inc. She specializes in shoreline mapping and classification, data visualization, geospatial application development, and remote sensing. In her 10 years at RPI, Ms. Horsman has assembled and classified shoreline datasets for 18 ESI atlas mapping projects. She has SCAT training and actively participates on oil spill response SCAT teams. Ms. Horsman has also provided data management support at hurricane responses.
