Dr. Annick St-Amand holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Ottawa and is a senior risk assessor at Stantec Consulting Ltd., based in New Brunswick, Canada. She has more than 15 years of experience in the evaluation of potential risks to human and ecological receptors from exposures to petroleum hydrocarbons as part of environmental assessments of major pipeline projects and contaminated sites. Dr. St-Amand is a consulting member of the Atlantic Partnership in Risk-Based Correction Action (RBCA) Implementation (Atlantic PIRI). Atlantic PIRI oversees the implementation and maintenance of Atlantic RBCA which is a process implemented to assess and manage the remediation of sites impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons and other contaminants in Atlantic Canada.
