He's been involved in multiple incidents worldwide such as marine casualties and land/marine oil and hazardous chemical spills. His main areas of expertise are environmental risk analysis, emergency response management, waste management, contingency planning, training, shoreline assessment and scientific and strategic aspects of emergency response.
