Mark Robinson, PE, CHMM, has more than 30 years of experience in environmental, health and safety (EHS) regulatory compliance services including compliance auditing, EHS program development, SPCC/FRP plans, due diligence, air permitting, modeling, and air emissions testing and reporting. He has managed SPCC programs for nationwide clients with over 1,300 facilities. He co-presented a meta-analysis of implementation of PREP Guidelines for terminals at the 2014 IOSC in Savannah.
