Mrs. Xavier is the Technical Manager at Oceanpact Geosciences, overseeing numerical modeling teams and the processing and analysis of geophysical, geotechnical, metocean, and environmental data. With a Ph.D. in Coastal&Oceanographic Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ, she has over 25 years of experience in environmental management, monitoring, and physical oceanography. Her expertise includes hydrodynamic and contaminant transport modeling, acquisition and analysis of metocean data.
