Mr. Dubach has over 20 years of experience in the Emergency Management field in a range of roles. Starting his career in the Coast Guard, he has enjoyed positions within incident management organizations, subsea containment cooperatives, and oil & gas corporations.

Mr. Dubach holds a BA in Emergency & Disaster Management, an MS in Environmental Policy &
Management, and an MBA specializing in Organizational leadership.
