Paul began his career with OSRL as a spill response specialist in 2003 with a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering. The past two decades have provided many opportunities to gain a broad range of experiences from hands-on spill response to diverse preparedness projects and development of industry good practice, including co-authoring the IPIECA Good Practice Guide on Tiered Preparedness and Response.
