Mr. A J M Gunasekara is General Manager of Marine Environment Protection Authority of Sri Lanka with over twenty years of experience in the oil spill contingency management. He holds two Master degrees in Natural Resources Management and Maritime affairs (marine environment and ocean management) He has extensively engaged in ship based marine pollution specially oil pollution and ship generated waste and marine debris.
