Øyvind Rinaldo has more than 13 years of experience in the Norwegian Coastal Administration and has been the product owner of the risk assessment tool EnviRisk during development and initial use. He was the project manager for the risk assessments and performed risk assessments contributing to the NCA’s plan for preparedness against acute pollution. Rinaldo has established tools and reporting of incidents with acute pollution within the Norwegian Coastal Administration.
Prior to his engagement in the Norwegian Coastal Administration Rinaldo was an IT consultant working with strategic use of IT and digital work processes for 12 years.
