Biography
More than 28 years in emergency management for government and industry including field response to oil and hazardous materials incidents, natural disasters, and incident investigations. Risk assessment and response to transportation incidents are areas of particular interest. I have led or collaborated in the planning and delivery of large-scale tier 3 incident management exercises with many Shell businesses across the globe.
