Vivian Jakobsen has more than 17 years of experience in oil spill response related work.
Her work includes development of new oil spill risk tools, environmental risk analysis and contingency plans, various teaching assignments and different oil spill response R&D initiatives. She is especially focusing at oil spill response in Arctic/cold climate areas.
