Marty Cramer has over 46 years in the oil spill and emergency preparedness and response practice area including 19 years in consulting, 23 years at ConocoPhillips (COP) and 4 years as an independent consultant. He has served in leadership roles in several national and international industry groups including API, IPIECA and IOGP as well as NRDA related regional Joint Assessment Teams (JATs). Additionally, Marty has been involved in several oil spill responses including the Exxon Valdez, Deepwater Horizon, Repsol La Pampilla in Peru, COP Bohai Bay in China and several others. He has also prepared numerous oil spill response and preparedness plans for a variety of oil industry facilities and operations.
