Scott Pegau is the Research Program Manager for the Oil Spill Recovery Institute and has been administering the JIP developing the remotely operated surface vessel for oil spill response. Scott has worked for OSRI for sixteen years guiding oil spill research. He received his Ph.D. in physical oceanography from Oregon State University where he specialized in remote sensing and in-water optics.
