Agneta has 30 yrs of global spill prevention & response experience and supports clients in Europe, Australiasia, and the Americas with incident management preparedness. She is a retired USCG Commander with a marine safety and environmental protection career serving in CA, WA, AK, DC, and Europe incl. 3 yrs at IMO WMU managing an EU project developing joint transboundary spill response capabilities between Baltic Nations. Agneta holds a MSc. in Quality Systems Management and a BSc. in Biology.
