William (Nick) Nichols, born in Baltimore. Been with EPA for 26 years. Environmental Justice and Tribal Coordinator for the Office of Emergency Management. Nichols leads OEM tribal consultations efforts. MS - Johns Hopkins. Most of his EPA experience is with oil spill response techniques. He worked on the BP Spill response and has served as a Community Involvement Coordinator during the Hurricane Maria response in Puerto Rico. He enjoys hiking, riding on two wheels, and exploring with his son.
