Skeie has been working as a consultant within marine environmental and oil spill contingency issues since 1987. Clients include major national and international offshore operators, as well as national and international authorities and organisations. Skeie works in Akvaplan-niva as Principal Adviser within oil spill risk assessments and oil spill contingency analysis and planning. Skeie has been a member of the SYMBIOSES project team for the past ten years.
