Mr. Schuler is the Director of External Affairs for the Americas for Oil Spill Response Limited (OSRL), a global industry-funded response organization. Formerly he was CEO of Clean Caribbean & Americas (CCA), where he was instrumental in developing response capabilities and arrangements for the Caribbean and Latin America. He has over 30 years of experience working on national and international aspects of preparedness, particularly in new openings and provinces.
