Dr. Adriana C. Bejarano is a senior ecotoxicologist with Shell Global Solutions, Inc. She is involved in hazard assessments of Shell's products and operations, developing alternatives to animal toxicity testing, and working on research and development activities. She is also Shell’s subject matter expert on dispersants and oil toxicity, and has been a member of several scientific committees, including two NASEM committees. She is the current Chair of API's Science and Technology Working Group.
