Ty Farrell, MAOL, is a Senior Manager of HSE responsible for Emergency Response and Security Management for Plains All American. He is also a retired Chief Warrant Officer (Bosun) from the US Coast Guard with over 22 years of service. He currently volunteers as the Vice-Chair of the American Petroleum Institute Emergency Response Working Group and has been instrumental in developing the Swift Water Response Guidebook, NGL Response Guidebook, and Winter Weather Response Guidebook.
