Paul Barrett is the Superintendent-Vessels of Concern for the Canadian Coast Guard Western Region. SInce 2018 he has gained significant experience as a Coast Guard Incident Commander and Planning Section Chief for major responses. Mr. Barrett was one of the Coast Guard Unified Commanders during the Bligh Island Shipwreck between January 2021 and July 2021. Mr. Barrett has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Plymouth
