Louise is a Professor at Massey University and Director of the Wildbase Oiled Wildlife Response New Zealand. Her role is to lead all aspects of preparedness, planning, research and response for oiled wildlife in New Zealand and assist in global preparedness. Our team undertakes oiled wildlife response plan writing, preparedness, exercising and training globally. Louise was Chair of the Global Oiled Wildlife Response Services GOWRS for 3 years with Massey University being a founding member.
