Anna Burkholder is a Senior Environmental Scientist, Specialist, with the Preparedness Branch of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife’s (CDFW’s) Office of Spill Prevention and Response (OSPR) in West Sacramento, California. She is the Statewide Geographic Response Plan (GRP) Coordinator, working with OSPR staff throughout the state to develop inland response plans for waterways at risk for an oil spill. She has worked for CDFW for 25 years, most recently joining OSPR in 2016.
