Eng. Okanga Anjichi Washingtone is a spill response professional with 11 years’ experience in oil spill prevention, preparedness, and response in Kenya.
His background includes oil spill response and incident management, occupational health and safety, and is currently working with Oil Spill Mutual Aid Group Society (OSMAG) as a Technical Coordinator. At OSMAG, he is in-charge of prevention of spills at marine oil jetties, ensuring preparedness for, and coordinating responses to spill incidents.
